We are a national Coalition working to:

Encourage and empower business and industry to become leaders in career development.

Grow our network of industry associations and business professionals.

To communicate and raise awareness of the value of career development.

Raise awareness and communicate of the value of career and technical education.

Business

Identify and share resources that promote best practices for workforce development.

Human Services

Organize and conduct professional development meetings and conferences.

Foster collaboration.

Support the Association for Career and Technical Education in closing the skills gap.

Who Should Participate In The Coalition?

The Coalition will be open to any business, trade association, or corporate representative who has demonstrated a commitment to work with career and technical education. In addition to providing a voice for their respective constituents (sectors, regions, populations, employees, etc.) Coalition members should come with a willingness to engage in larger systems discussions that may or may not always directly affect those constituents.

In addition, an active membership in ACTE as an organization (Affiliate or Corporate membership) or individual is a requirement of Coalition membership.
